Toll provides shipping consignment number after dispatching the item. You can get this consignment number from the shipping level. If you need to track Toll courier shipment, you can jump to our toll tracking page. The tracking field needs the exact consignment number which you have received from toll IPEC group.
The company ensure safe parcel delivery to each customer. But sometimes due to some technical issue or problem in transit, you may not receive your parcel on time. Now you get trouble regarding parcel delivery. Toll has made simple but effective way to get a solution online. When your parcel is not delivered to you within the deadline you can raise your complaint online. They present few options to you when they miss a delivery. But before that we would like to inform, you should have “Sorry we missed you” card to get this facility. Now when you have this card you can follow their instructions to get a resolution.

Delivery taken to your closest Toll Collection Point (on clicking on this box, you will see this message:
“No further action required.
We will contact you via SMS or email with details of the collection point, once your parcel is ready for collection.
Haven’t received anything yet? Check Toll’s Track and Trace for the location of your parcel.

Delivery returned to our Toll depot (if you select this box, you need to enter the card number and the particular consignment number which you are facing problem)
