Rosegal dispatches the item within 5 to 10 business days from the order placement. During shipping, you won’t get any tracking information until 24 hours passed. When the Logistic Company provides shipment update it is automatically added to your main Rosegal account dashboard. First of all, if you are registered user of Rosegal then you need to login to their account dashboard. You can also login with social site like Facebook/Google as a guest mode to place an order and to track the package. Now when you are logged into account follow these below instructions carefully.
After the order has been shipped by the seller you will receive email notifications regarding tracking the package and order delivery estimated date. If you wish to track the package from the email confirmation link just simply click on that link and it will redirect to the third party Logistics Company. When you land to courier website go to the tracking box and enter the tracking code manually and it will show the tracking status instantly. 2nd method: Go to my order on Rosegal website. Click on the order list and select the particular order that you need to track the order status. Now click on view tracking details. It displays courier status with real time update.
Why is Rosegal Tracking number not available for my order?
There may be a number of reasons for no tracking number. These are the most commonly we have found for several cases from our users, we are listing all these following reasons:
- If you place an order which value is under $30, you won’t receive any tracking number from the seller. To be eligible to get the order tracking number you need to place at least minimum $30 USD value item.
