  4. Security investment exceeding Rs. 50,000/-
  5. Credit card application
  6. KYC form in bank (No necessary but PAN card helps)

How to download application form :

You can apply for new PAN card via online or offline.Visit nearest NSDL office to get form.You can download from NSDL official site.Form 49 A is required for application for a new PAN and Form 49AA required for foreign citizens.

How to track Pan card status ?

You can Track your PAN/TAN Application Status via e-portal.

  1. Choose Application Type (PAN/TAN)
  2. Enter ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER
  3. Enter Surname – First Name – Middle Name
  4. Date of Birth/Incorporation/
    Agreement/Partnership or
    Trust Deed/Formation of
    Body of Individuals/Association of Persons DD
  5. Click on submit button

How to Get Duplicate PAN Card?

You can apply for Duplicate card from the same site.Use form 49A and apply for Duplicate PAN Card.You need to Attach the photocopy of your earlier PAN card.

*(Name should be as mentioned in the application form. Applicants other than ‘Individuals’ should write their name in the field for Last Name/Surname only)

Note: Applicant should search for the status of PAN application using Name and Date Of Birth 24 hours after the application has been submitted online or through TIN-FC
