Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the case of defective or non-functional products. If you receive a product that does not work or is not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be defective or non-functional on arrival.
  • You must inform us via email at support@trackmypacks.com or through our contact page within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging, along with any accessories received.

No Refunds in the Following Cases

  • If the product is in working condition but you no longer want it.
  • Any damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
  • Issues reported after 3 days of delivery.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and clear photo/video proof of the defect.
  2. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
