International shipping fee
International shipping is determined by many factors, including the number of items purchased, item weight, and delivery location. For Global-e shipping destinations, international shipping is calculated and guaranteed during Global-e international checkout, based on the item you purchase and your shipping destination. For all other international shipping destinations, international shipping is calculated by Forever 21.
International shipping options
- International express delivery usually arrives within 2-7 business days from the date of shipment, excluding holidays.
- International standard shipping usually arrives within 4-10 business days from the shipping date, excluding holidays.
International shipping restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping gift cards to international addresses is not available.
- The maximum product subtotal purchase amount (excluding e-Gift Certificates) for orders shipped to international addresses is capped at $1,000, or the maximum purchase item cap per order is 20 items, whichever comes first.
International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
- What are the duties and taxes for international orders?
Tariffs (or tariff rates) are set by the customs authority of the country of destination and are based on a combination of the country of origin (country of manufacture) of the goods purchased and the classification of the goods. Countries supported by Global-e. International taxes (such as VAT and VAT) are set by the country of destination. If you would like to pre-pay duties and taxes, please select the Delivery Duty Payment (DDP) option at checkout. Within the Global-e international checkout page, you can view the total amount of guaranteed duties and taxes/VAT applicable to your order. .
- Will there be additional charges when shipping my order?
Unless you select the Shipping Duty Payment (DDP) option at checkout to prepay duties and taxes. In that case, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in the currency of your choice and no additional costs will be incurred upon delivery. However, if you do not choose the DDP option, you are responsible for paying duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
