  • First, open Google order history page to see the order list
  • Select particular order number that you want to track
  • Click on order details link and go to track button to view order shipping status

How to track order number from email confirmation message?

Each time you buy something from Google store,you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.This includes order details with the tracking number as well.You can track shipment directly from the given tracking link inside the email body message.For multiple orders, you have to follow email instructions.

Order Status & Meaning

After placing an order the order status changes automatically by passing time.Here is all possible shipment status:

  1. Order pending – The order is still under queue and shortly the team will work on that.(You can still cancel the order)
  2. Order Processing – Your order is ready to ship by a courier partner.(You can’t cancel the order)
  3. Order shipped – Order has been dispatched via trusted logistic partner and will be handed over to you.
  4. Order returned – Order has not been delivered and a refund has been processed.
  5. Order canceled – Order has been canceled.
